American rapper and singer Jason Bradley DeFord, better known as Jelly Roll, broke into the mainstream with hits such as “Need a Favor” and “Son of a Sinner” which won him three CMT Music Awards in 2023. Though he got his start in hip-hop, he soon started making country music, which began his success. Having performed at the Grand Ole Opry, being featured on an Eminem track “Somebody Save Me”, and being the musical guest on Saturday Night Live, his career has been nothing short of a smashing successful.

Bunnie XO

Alyssa DeFord or better known as Bunnie XO, is a model, podcaster, and social media personality. Her podcast “Dumb Blonde” talks about everything from deep to lighthearted, often playing games with her celebrity guests. She has been on Playboy TV and produces a Youtube series “Meet the DeFords,” which pumps out family related, but not necessarily family friendly, content. 

They show everything behind the scenes of family life with two parents in the entertainment industry. Though she and Jelly Roll do not have any kids together, she is the stepmom to his two children from previous relationships. 

How They Met

In 2015, at Country Saloon in Las Vegas, a country bar, stars aligned for Jelly Roll and Bunnie. He was performing there, and although she was already dating someone at the time, the two became fast friends. The two later connected romantically after Bunnie broke it off with her previous boyfriend. A year later, he proposed, and after an impromptu wedding in Vegas, the two were married. 

The Affair

Jelly Roll recently admitted to cheating on his wife. He admits it was the first time that he realized he was really, truly, in love with her. Romantic? It’s hard to tell. Jelly Roll additionally faults the people he surrounded himself with, who were engaging in infidelity and drug use. After doing a lot of work to repair the relationship, the two renewed their vows in 2023. Demonstrating the strength of a relationship when two individuals are dedicated to each other.
